Building the Operational Backbone Behind a Nationwide Radiology Network
The Challenge
Essential Radiology worked with radiologists and radiology centers across the United States.
Its internal organization was lean—approximately 10–12 people, including company leadership—and much of the support required by its nationwide radiologist network had become concentrated with a single internal resource.
Network questions, administrative needs, follow-up, scheduling, and relationship support competed for limited internal capacity. As demand increased, unresolved work frequently carried into the following day.
The Calltastic Approach

The Results
The operation grew from approximately three agents to eight agents plus dedicated supervision.
The team routinely managed 12–20 substantive interactions each day, with individual conversations sometimes requiring 20–40 minutes because of the level of coordination involved.
Before the dedicated support structure was established, roughly half of the day's workload could remain unresolved and carry into the following day. With Calltastic supporting the operation, the team was routinely able to address essentially the full daily workload, dramatically reducing outstanding work.
The Outcome
Essential Radiology brought the clinical and industry expertise. Calltastic helped turn that expertise into a structured, scalable support operation for a nationwide radiology network.
