Building an Outbound Growth Engine From the Ground Up
The Challenge
Axiom Finance operates in the business-financing brokerage space, helping companies explore financing opportunities when traditional lending options may not fit.
When Axiom engaged Calltastic, outsourced outbound acquisition was new territory.
The organization needed more than callers. It needed help establishing the fundamentals of an outbound operation—from data and dialing strategy to call flows, lead warming, transfers, appointments, follow-up, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
The Calltastic Approach
Calltastic worked collaboratively with Axiom to design a structured outbound acquisition funnel.
Live transfers became the primary objective, while appointment setting provided a secondary path when an immediate transfer wasn't possible.
Agents also supported application and documentation follow-up to help opportunities continue moving through the financing process.

The Results
From April through June 2026, the operation managed nearly 20,000 outbound attempts.
Those efforts generated 895 connected conversations across 899 dialing hours.
Monthly appointments increased from four in April to 14 in May and 17 in June.
That represents +325% monthly appointment growth from April to June.
During the same period, the appointment rate increased from 1.9% to 5.6%—nearly 3× the starting rate.
The improvement occurred despite increasingly difficult contact rates, meaning the operation generated greater appointment output from the conversations it was able to create.
The Outcome
Calltastic helped Axiom move from having no established outsourced outbound model to operating a measurable acquisition program built around strategy, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
