    For fully managed solutions that include outsourced personnel, we provide a flat monthly rate per FTE (Full-Time Employee). This rate covers everything: leadership oversight, technology, training, and talent.

    Rates vary based on employee location and skill set:

    • United States: $29.99–$34.99/hour

    • Nearshore (Latin America, Caribbean): $13.99–$15.99/hour

    • Offshore (Philippines, India, Pakistan): $9.99–$13.99/hour

    Final pricing is tailored to your specific needs and scope of work. We also offer flexible pricing models based on staffed hours, productive hours, or contact volume—depending on what works best for your business.

Most of our services are available with month-to-month agreements, so you're never locked into a long-term commitment. We believe in earning your trust through performance, not paperwork.
